QUALIFYING CRITERIA

You must be an Iowa resident with the child/children in grades K-12 for the 2024-2025 school year

Family income, the amount shown on Line 11 of the Federal Tax Form 1040, can be no more than 400% of the poverty level.

Must apply for the ESA too
